Growing great. Together!

“I’ve seen the best in the world train, and I’ve had an inside view of how other programs operate, but Daryl is truly one in a million “

Sarah-Anne Brault – Olympic Triathlete

Daryl’s  biggest strength is that he is able to apply the science and the data collected to real life, tangible, sport performance. Combining the two is often talked about but rarely successfully achieved. However, Daryl’s irrepressible attention to detail and unquenchable thurst for knowledge in all areas of sport science allows the athlete to be successful.

I worked with Daryl from the time I was a young 16 year old with a bit of talent in triathlon and Daryl had a huge part to play in my steady progression through my learning years and a true deveolpment all the way to gaining an alternate spot on the London oylmpic team. He developed the heat chamber protocol which allowed me to go from Janurary in Manitoba to a win at the Pan Am championships in 35 degree heat. He made no compromises, travelling with me up to the London games, working closely with coach Gary Pallett to ensure I was in peak shape in the off chance I found my way to the start line.
If you are serious about performance, or about integrating data and science in order to become a better athlete, Daryl is an invaluable asset to add to your team. I’ve seen the best in the world train, and I’ve had an inside view of how other programs operate, but Daryl is truly one in a million.
